Instructions for Print Ready Files:

1. Upload Your File: If your file is print-ready, simply upload it.
2. File Check: We will review your file within 24 hours. If there are any errors, we will contact you.
3. Design Requirements: Ensure your design file includes a 0.125" bleed for cutting.
4. File Size and Formats:
   • Maximum file size: 75 MB.
   • Accepted file types: EPS, AI, PSD, JPG, PNG, PDF.
5. Large Files:
   • If your file exceeds 75 MB, contact us for an FTP upload link.
   • Alternatively, export your design as a PNG or JPG to reduce file size and upload easily.
6. Design Templates:
   • We offer design templates in AI and PSD formats for all product sizes to help you design accurately.
   • To request a design size template, please contact us with your order number and product type, and we will send you the template.

Select from three hole positions at no extra charge and view our downloadable templates for exact positioning. Strings are not included with hang tags.

Choose from our Glossy stocks for a stunning shine, the 14 pt. Uncoated Cover for a textured look, or Matte stocks for a more vintage appearance. Our High Gloss UV Coating option enhances durability, making your hang tags last longer. Note that High Gloss UV Coating cannot be written on, so if you need to write on the back, select the 14 pt. Uncoated Cover or opt for High Gloss UV Coating Front Only, which gives a semi-gloss finish to the back.

For orders of 250+ on 100 lb. Gloss Book or 100 lb. Gloss Cover, we apply Aqueous coating. Orders of 100 or fewer are printed digitally without coating.
