Carbonless Paper Configurations

• 2-Part — White / Yellow: The white original is provided to the customer while the yellow duplicate remains in the book for business records.
• 3-Part — White / Yellow / Pink: Includes a white customer copy, yellow business copy, and pink additional copy for accounting, dispatch, warehouse, or other internal records.

Carbonless NCR paper creates duplicate copies as you write, eliminating the need for separate carbon sheets.

Binding & Cover Options

• Wrap-Around Cover: A durable cover folds between sets to help protect the forms underneath and provide a convenient writing surface.
• Padded with Cardboard Back: Top-edge glued with a sturdy cardboard backing for easy sheet removal and a firm writing surface.

Consecutive Numbering

Optional consecutive numbering helps keep invoices and transactions organized. Choose from six numbering positions:

Artwork & File Requirements

For the best printing results:

• Include a 0.125" bleed where required.
• Keep important text, logos, and other design elements at least 0.25" from the trim edge.
• Keep important content at least 0.5" away from the top binding/perforation area.
• Accepted file formats: PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, high-resolution JPG, and PNG.
• Maximum file size: 75 MB.
